Oh, how is BC2 on the PC? Played it on both consoles, and it's pretty fantastic. Waiting to see if I'll get into the PC beta. 60 FPS on this game would be godly, and the definite way to play, since I can still max this sucker out. Awesome!

Doesn't run as good as I expected on my PC (1920x1080 medium settings around 20-30 FPS, can't fucking stand running below native res), but I'm still having a shitload of fun with it. If you've played the demo on 360 (The PS3 beta was on a different map) you'll pretty much know what to expect, only with much better graphics and better framerate.

I don't think it'll replace BF2 for me as it definitely feels smaller in scale and overall a different experience, but it's a worthy addition to the series and a must-buy for any shooter fan.

Mass Effect 2 anyone? This is seriously the BEST game I have ever played. The gameplay is much better than the first, the story is amazing, the writing is top notch - seriously, you need to get this if you have a 360 or a pc

I might pick it up once I beat the first one. However, I can never solve the weird sound glitches I get with the PC version. It's really distracting. :/

Edit: Fixed it. Had to tweak one of the .ini files, but it works!

Since I now have to pay a $135 traffic ticket, it looks like I won't be able to pick up Bioshock 2 or Heavy Rain anytime soon. So all my mulah will be going towards XIII, and potentially Bad Company 2 (it's ridiculously entertaining).

Also, currently playing Modern Warfare 2 and Battlefield 1943. Both are excellent in the multiplayer field, but MW2 does have a lot of balancing issues/n00b players. I fucking hate camping!

Ah, shitty. :/ Personally I'd prioritize BC2, you'll get way more for your money with a BF game than pretty much any other. FF13 looks like a fucking joke.

Also, I've decided to sell my 360. I've looked at the lineup for the next 1 - 2 years and honestly, the "exclusives" that aren't also on PC (Splintercell isn't an exclusive if it's also on PC, goddamn general internet population stop being retarded) seem pretty weak. Plus I need monies for BC2, GoW3, GT5 (if it even comes out this year), possibly maybe Heavy Rain, and some small PC upgrades (more ram would be nice, though I believe XP 32bit can only detect 3.5GB).

As it turns out, I forgot that I had one more paycheck coming from GameStop, so it looks like I'll be able to pick up at least one other game outside of XIII. Probably BC2. I rented Bioshock 2 (for free) today, and it's really fun. Surprisingly, the multiplayer's not half bad, and the single player is pretty cool so far. I'll write something up once I play it a bit more.

So I'm playing Pokemon Leaf Green. I feel like a great game went right by me 6 years ago and I honestly don't know why. It's one of the best remakes of any game I've ever played.

On Domination (128 v 128) squad leaders have no idea what the fuck they're doing, when trying to control your 8 people it's super hard unless you have a mic. Even then there's renegade players who say "Lol fuck you I'm Rumbar!"

Most squad leaders don't understand that they need to take out the bunkers before capturing the burnoff towers also. Plus, they have no idea how to take out the towers. The best possible way to take out the bunkers is to have EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THE PLATOON SHOULD FOCUS ON ONE BUNKER ON THE END, THEN GO IN A LINE!

But squad leaders give retarded objectives like destroy the AA where everyone spawns. Sometimes if you're lucky squad leaders have ADD and tell you to go to the bunker, then the burnoff, then the AA, then a bunker on the other end in 5 minutes without capturing any of the objectives.

I've heard that SoulSilver and HeartGold are going to be really good... Gold and Silver were the best generation by far. I might pick it up.
